Underwriter- Real Estate & Hospitality

The Underwriter will assess, review, and evaluate financial documents to determine risk and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role is critical in supporting the Banking & Financial Services department by providing accurate and timely underwriting decisions. Client Details A company in the financial services industry with a focus on banking and financial services. Description Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents.

Evaluate risk factors and make sound underwriting decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Prepare detailed reports and summaries of underwriting decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Provide recommendations to improve underwriting procedures.
