Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a Project Manager who possess a passion for leading execution on cross-functional initiatives. This role is part of the PM / Production organization and provides execution structure, communication discipline, and coordination across teams.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

* We partner with team leads, directors, and subject matter experts across IT and Security.

* We deliver end-to-end project execution for both internal team projects and cross-departmental efforts.

* We ensure project requirements are understood across departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment is maintained through delivery.

* Build collaborative processes with development teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist with project planning and execution by collaborating with leadership or subject matter experts on project requirements.

* Handle cross-departmental coordination throughout each project's life cycle.

* Proactively identify and manage risks through escalation and communication.

* Identify other teams within Rockstar with necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.

* Proven experience with 3+ years in project management, preferably in the IT or Security domain.

* Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies.

* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Proficiency in project management tools and software.

* Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and communication tools.

PLUSES

* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below
* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

$115,700 - $144,500 USD
