Position: Project /Product Manager - HR
Product / Project Manager - Human Resources.

Our client is a global financial advisory firm providing strategic guidance on mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and capital markets transactions. The firm operates in a high-performance, client-focused environment and leverages enterprise technology solutions to support critical business functions, including Human Resources.
We are seeking a versatile IT Product Manager / Project Manager to support enterprise applications with a focus on Human Resources systems. This hybrid role combines product ownership with project execution, ensuring the successful delivery, enhancement, and governance of critical HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with business and HR needs
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including backlog, user stories, and enhancements
  • Partner closely with HR stakeholders to support and optimize HR systems
  • Oversee application governance, compliance, and integration processes
  • Collaborate with Information Security, vendors, and IT teams
  • Lead system upgrades, feature releases, and ongoing improvements
  • Ensure documentation, training, and user adoption
  • Track performance, issues, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Project Responsibilities (as needed):
  • Plan and execute projects, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals
Qualifications:
  • 5 10 years of Product and/or Project Management experience
  • Strong experience supporting HR systems (HRIS, LMS, talent platforms, etc.)
  • Experience in Agile environments with backlog and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
