KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead data center operations including servers, virtualization, and hardware lifecycle.
* Own compute, storage, backup, and cloud infrastructure services.
* Govern incident, problem, and change management.
* Act as senior escalation for infrastructure incidents.
* Drive capacity planning and performance management.
* Ensure DR and BCP readiness.
* Maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
