Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch), Generative AI models, and NLP techniques, Adobe suite of products
Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) and tools like Git Hub Copilot.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with APIs for integration.
Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of digital experience platforms, marketing technology stacks (Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, etc.), and data ecosystems.
Exposure to personalization engines, recommendation systems, and conversational AI.
Roles & Responsibilities
The AI Specialist will be a key contributor and DX Practice, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, marketing technology, and digital transformation initiatives. This role demands strong technical expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI, combined with a deep understanding of digital experience platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
Solution Development:
Design and implement AI-powered solutions for personalization, automation, and customer engagement across marketing, commerce, and service channels. Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational AI. Innovation & Experimentation:
Drive PoC and MVP-led experimentation for AI use cases in DX, leveraging frameworks Collaborate with design studios and engineering teams for rapid prototyping and creative AI engineering. Integration & Deployment:
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, CDP, and marketing automation tools. Ensure compliance with Responsible AI frameworks, geo-specific regulations, and data privacy standards. Collaboration & Advisory:
Work closely with DX Advisors, Experience Designers, and Martech SMEs to align AI solutions with client objectives. Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to position AI capabilities effectively.
