Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Product Designer with a strong background in Wealth Management and Financial Services to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for wealth management platforms, advisor tools, investment applications, and client-facing financial products.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management workflows, investment products, financial planning, portfolio management, and client engagement platforms. The candidate should be skilled in UX research, interaction design, visual design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user-centric experiences for wealth management platforms, investment portals, and financial advisory applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into engaging UI/UX solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and wire framing to improve client and advisor experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI standards across financial products.
  • Understand wealth management workflows including portfolio management, retirement planning, investment advisory, trading, and financial reporting.
  • Simplify complex financial data and workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
  • Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously improve usability and engagement.
  • Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and financial industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Strong experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services domain.
  • Hands-on experience designing financial platforms, advisor workstations, investment applications, or portfolio management tools.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
  • Ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with wealth management platforms such as Aladdin, Charles River, Envestnet, Orion, Pershing, or similar systems.
  • Understanding of financial products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, retirement products, and portfolio analytics.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience working with AI-driven financial products or personalization features is a plus.
