Position Overview
They are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer (VP level) to build and deploy AI solutions across corporate functions including HR, Compliance, Facilities, Finance, and Operations. This role will focus on applying machine learning and generative AI to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and increase employee productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build generative AI applications using prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Develop pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve output quality.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement high-impact AI opportunities.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including governance, privacy, and security.
- 5–7 years of experience building AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval.
- Expertise with Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or similar cloud AI platforms.
- Advanced Python programming skills.
- Experience deploying AI applications into production.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Experience with Databricks and MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, C#, or Power Shell.
- Microsoft AI or Azure certifications.
