About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact marketing leadership role based in New York City, designed to drive growth marketing initiatives across the Americas while owning marketing strategy and execution for Canada. The position operates as a senior business partner to executive leadership and sales teams, influencing pipeline growth, strategic account development, executive engagement, and large-deal acceleration.

The successful candidate will support strategic accounts and leadership initiatives across key North American markets, including New York/New Jersey, Dallas, the Bay Area, and Canada. The role will also contribute to strengthening industry visibility through collaboration with innovation ecosystems, startups, academic institutions, technology partners, and executive communities.

This is a hands-on leadership position with significant influence but no direct people management responsibilities. Success will be driven through collaboration with sales leaders, executive stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12-24 months, you will:
  • Help position the organization as a trusted strategic partner across priority North American markets.
  • Become a key marketing advisor to senior executives and sales leaders.
  • Build and scale a sector-aligned marketing approach across Canada.
  • Increase executive engagement, customer influence, and pipeline contribution.
  • Create opportunities for broader regional or ecosystem-focused leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Sector Marketing & Growth

Partner with sales and business leaders to drive account growth and support strategic opportunities through targeted marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs focused on strategic and growth accounts.
  • Supporting large pursuits and deal opportunities through customized marketing initiatives.
  • Planning and delivering executive-level engagements, including:
    • Executive round tables
    • Leadership dinners
    • Innovation forums
    • Invitation-only customer events
  • Aligning all marketing activity to account strategies, pipeline objectives, and business outcomes.
  • Developing integrated digital and in-person campaigns that engage senior decision-makers.
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness, engagement quality, and pipeline impact.
Canada Marketing Lead

Act as the primary marketing partner for the Canadian business.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing marketing initiatives aligned to Canadian sector and account priorities.
  • Adapting global and regional campaigns for the Canadian market.
  • Delivering demand generation and ABM programs for priority accounts.
  • Supporting executive events and customer engagement programs across Canada.
  • Partnering closely with Canadian sales leadership to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Tracking performance and continuously optimizing programs based on business outcomes.
Innovation, Brand & Community Initiatives

Support initiatives that strengthen market visibility, industry credibility, and innovation leadership.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting executive thought leadership and industry positioning programs.
  • Activating content, analyst relations, and influencer initiatives.
  • Coordinating participation in key industry conferences and events.
  • Collaborating with strategic technology partners, innovation hubs, startups, and academic institutions.
  • Supporting community engagement, corporate social responsibility, and employee volunteer initiatives.
What You'll Bring

Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience within technology, consulting, professional services, or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven success delivering demand generation, account-based marketing, and growth-focused marketing programs.
  • Experience supporting strategic pursuits and large enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including campaign strategy, analytics, advertising technologies, lead nurturing, and multi-channel execution.
  • Experience marketing technology solutions across multiple industries and customer segments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Adobe, or similar technologies.
  • Experience managing executive-level events, customer forums, and large industry conferences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success working within global, cross-functional organizations.
  • Highly proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
