Description Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation. Build and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses for robust data storage and retrieval. Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present actionable insights.
Implement data quality and governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Stay updated with emerging BI and data engineering tools and technologies. Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, plus at least 6 years of experience in reporting, data warehouse development, and large-scale data migration. 5 or more years of software development on the Microsoft BI stack, including MS SQL Server, with 4 years of OLTP database development using MS SQL.
Proven experience building data marts using dimensional modeling, and delivering complex, evaluative reports that require advanced troubleshooting skills. 2 or more years creating dashboards and KPI visualizations using Power BI and or Tableau, with hands-on exposure to Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-based BI services. Strong data engineering background, including Oracle, API-based data extraction, XML handling, TFS-based code management across environments, and core DBA tasks such as backup and restore.
