Front-Office Trade Support - Equities

We're seeking a Trade Floor Support Specialist who will provide direct support to Equities traders, middle office users, and Compliance teams on the trading floor. This person must have experience with front‑office trading applications within Equities, including U.S. Market Making, ETFs, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, and Convertible Bonds. This role requires 5-days onsite in NYC! Client Details This opportunity is with a global organization operating in the financial services sector.

Profile 5+ years of experience supporting front-office equities trading applications in a high-volume, mission-critical environment Strong knowledge of trading workflows, FIX protocol, OMS platforms, market data, and post-trade processes Experience supporting regulatory and compliance requirements, including trade reporting and market structure regulations Proficiency with SQL, JIRA, Excel, and scripting/automation tools for troubleshooting, analysis, and process improvement Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment Ability to commute onsite 5-days per week into Midtown Manhattan is a firm requirement.
