We are seeking an IT Change Management Associate to support Regulatory Issue Management and Axiom implementation by ensuring issues are properly tracked, documented, and progressed in alignment with regulatory expectations. This person will also drive process improvements, including log management, documentation updates, issue burndown efforts, and advancement of Axiom Phase II objectives. Client Details This organization operates as part of a large financial services group with a significant presence in New York.

Description Support centralized issue management by preparing meeting materials, tracking remediation progress, and driving follow-ups. Manage issue intake, monitoring, and escalation to ensure timely tracking and resolution in line with regulatory expectations. Enhance and maintain high-quality issue documentation, including consistency, completeness, and system data integrity.
Contribute to Axiom implementation efforts through defect resolution support, user acceptance testing, and reporting. Profile Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, or related functions. Working knowledge of regulatory reporting, financial products, and supporting systems, with familiarity of U.S. regulatory frameworks preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to coordinate across finance, technology, and regulatory teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong documentation and organizational capabilities.
Experience with project tracking, issue management, and system implementation, including managing timelines, risks, and competing priorities.
