Trident Consulting is seeking a "Technical Sales Enablement Onboarding" for one of our clients in "Remote" A global leader in business and technology services.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or related roles within a SaaS or technology company.
Experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience improving processes through automation and workflow optimization.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Flexibility to support global teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting onboarding programs for Systems Engineers (SEs), Solution Architects (SAs), or Technical Sales teams.
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with enablement platforms, virtual training technologies, and content management systems.
Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce
- Asana
- Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience supporting Alliances, Channel Sales, or Partner Enablement programs.
Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
Experience with in the Cybersecurity industry.
Technical sales enablement experience is highly preferred.
