Account Executive

Position Summary

The Account Executive reports to the Vice President of Sales and supports client development, relationship management, and data-related processes. This role works closely with sales leadership in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced, adaptable professional with strong strategic planning and execution skills. The position involves regular interaction with clients and prospective clients, including business-related lunches and dinners, and requires strong communication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

* Seek qualified prospects for assigned portfolio

* Follows up on sales lead

* Estimate, negotiate, and prepare RFPs (Request for proposals)

* Visit clients including property managers and large tenants

* Conduct periodic inspections of property common areas and tenant's premises to facilitate additional sales opportunities as well as pursue any possible cross-selling opportunities

* Assures that contract specifications are adhered to

* Accurate and timely completion of required documentation relating to the management of assigned accounts

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required with three to five (3-5) years of successful business-to-business sales experience

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with proven client service experience

* Computer proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred

Pay range: $85,000 - $100,000

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
