We are looking for a Passenger Car Wheels Sales Manager for our global client, one of the world's leading manufacturers of steel and aluminum wheels for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial relationships with global and local OEM customers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, commercial agreements, quotations and contract management.
  • Take responsibility for strategic customer accounts including Toyota Europe & Turkey and other major OEMs.
  • Coordinate RFQ, quotation and new business acquisition processes with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts and commercial performance of the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Monitor automotive market trends, customer strategies and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Key Account Management team while acting as the deputy of the Sales Director.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Represent the company in international customer meetings and business reviews.
  • Travel internationally to manage customer relationships and support commercial activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Automotive OEM Sales, Key Account Management or Commercial Management.
  • Proven experience managing global OEM customers within the automotive industry.
  • Strong background in commercial negotiations, pricing and customer relationship management.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent understanding of automotive market dynamics and international business processes.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; confidence in conducting international meetings is essential.
  • German would be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
