Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drives the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Facilitates Kaizen events and workshops to identify and eliminate waste.
• Mentors and coaches production teams on continuous improvement tools and mindsets.
• Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement initiatives.
• Leads cross-functional project teams to solve complex operational problems.
• Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Establishes and maintains a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that drive measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools.
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior CI practitioners.
• Background in advanced statistical analysis or simulation modeling.
