Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage the implementation and support of manufacturing-specific software (e.g., MES, ERP).
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) specific to manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security protocols in an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and industrial control systems (ICS/OT).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Familiarity with industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing environments.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant IT service management or project management methodologies.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
