Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage materials and tools according to production schedules.
• Perform equipment changeovers and adjustments for various production runs.
• Calibrate and verify machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Document setup parameters and equipment status for tracking and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize setup processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in using an ERP system for inventory and work order management
• Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., electronics, robotics)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
