Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations utilizing various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick.
• Inspect welded products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to guide fabrication.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes and product design.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Welding Technology or a related field.
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification.
• 3+ years of experience in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, STICK) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and material properties.
• Experience with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
