Client Services Coordinator (Sales Support)

Manitowoc, Wisconsin

Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 8:00am–5:00pm Type:
Try-Before-Hire | On-site | Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Do you enjoy keeping orders organized, supporting a sales team, and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks? Our Manitowoc client is hiring a Client Services Coordinator (Sales Support) to support Sales and Key Account teams with order entry, account maintenance, and follow-through—helping ensure customers have a smooth, seamless experience from order placement to completion.

What You'll Do
  • Enter customer orders accurately and keep account/order details up to date
  • Track open orders and follow up with vendors and customers to confirm timelines and completion
  • Support product research with suppliers and sales representatives
  • Coordinate artwork/specifications and review proofs for accuracy and quality
  • Send professional follow-up emails to existing customers
  • Provide general administrative support (email, documentation, filing, etc.)
  • Document customer contacts and actions clearly and consistently
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, order entry, sales support, or administrative support
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort using multiple computer systems at once
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and active listening
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/order entry system experience preferred (Net Suite a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a busy environment

Education

  • High school diploma or GED
