Attendance Officer / Registrar Why this role matters
In this role, you'll help create a welcoming, faith-centered environment while managing student attendance, records, and front office operations that support the success of our school community.
Schedule:
Part-time, school year;
Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–noon
Reports to:
Principal Fran Peter
Pay: $17–$19 per hour, based on experience
Location:
Roncalli High School, Manitowoc, WI
- Manage daily student attendance and maintain accurate records in Power School.
- Communicate with families regarding absences, early dismissals, and attendance-related matters.
- Register new students and maintain student enrollment, transcript, and academic records.
- Process transcript requests and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
- Maintain accurate student data, including contact, residency, health, and enrollment information.
- Support state reporting and data integrity within school information systems.
- Welcome students, families, staff, and visitors with professionalism and hospitality.
- Answer and route phone calls, assist visitors, and support front office operations.
- Contribute to the day-to-day success of the school by supporting administrative needs and other duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A welcoming, service-oriented approach to working with students, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with computers, office software, and common administrative technology.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced school environment.
- Previous school or administrative office experience preferred.
