Key Responsibilities As a Body Shop Technician, you will play a key role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and efficiency. Your duties will include:

Vehicle Repairs:

Perform bodywork, including dent repair, welding, and panel replacement.

Conduct repairs according to OEM standards and repair plans.

Install and align replacement parts and components.

Painting Preparation:

Sand, mask, and prepare vehicles for paint.

Assist painters with priming and finishing tasks.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct post-repair inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

Maintain high attention to detail for guest satisfaction.

Shop Maintenance:

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order.

Schedule:

Day-Day 7:00 am to 4:00 pmPay:
Hourly pay based on experience. Earning potential exceeding $100,000/year for A-Level technicians.

Qualifications Automotive body repair experience and/or degree from accredited technical college is requiredI-Car Training preferred

Valid driver's license with a reputable record is required

Previous experience in collision repair or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials.

Ability to read and follow repair orders and work with repair plans.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Team player with effective communication skills.
