Rely Co Plus, LLC is seeking to fill an opening for an experienced Construction (Civil/Heavy Highway) Project Manager in Wisconsin.

This position will plan, direct, coordinate, schedule, and assist in bidding construction projects to ensure that project goals and/or objectives are accomplished within the project constraints.

• Work with Division Managers and foremen to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with road and site construction projects including labor, equipment, materials & subcontractors.
• Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Schedule work, equipment, personnel, materials and subcontractors to complete projects as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
• Initiate and maintain communication with customers, owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems within the project including coordinating with City, County and State Engineers, Private Owners, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Manage all paperwork for assigned projects in a timely fashion:attain permits as needed, pursue applicable change orders and submit and track payment requests.

• · Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management preferred but not required.
• · Experience managing construction projects preferred but not required.
• · Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• · Self-Motivated; ability to work independently and with a team.
• · Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• · Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• · Must perform all duties according to Relyco's "SAFETY FIRST" requirement.
• · Good PC skills a plus – Outlook, Word, and Excel skills preferred.
