Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Specialist position at WEG Coatings is varied and challenging. The individual we are looking for will work directly with customers and the Sales team to ensure all customer needs be met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and motivated to take ownership of processes, drive improvements, and contribute to the continued development of overall processes.
Specific tasks include:
- Manage customers’ orders and communicate to internal personnel regarding customer needs and order status
- Process daily invoicing of customer orders
- Market research and intelligence on industry trends
- Assist Sales Manager in servicing customer demands
- Answer phones and greeting guests
- Assist in other areas as needed

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other employees
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform work in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented, conscientious individual with excellent documentation skills
- Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills are necessary.
