Help students grow in a Catholic learning environment where faith, academics, character, and service come together. This role plans and delivers engaging instruction, builds strong relationships, and inspires students to reach their God-given potential spiritually, academically, emotionally, physically, and socially.

• Current Wisconsin teaching license.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Successful completion of a background check.

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Effective classroom management.
• Collaborative relationship-building with students, families, and colleagues.

• Plan and deliver daily instruction.
• Create engaging lessons that address diverse learning needs.
• Use student data to inform instruction.
• Integrate technology and cross-curricular learning opportunities.
• Develop and implement meaningful assessments.

• Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment.
• Monitor student growth and progress.
• Assign and evaluate coursework and assessments.
• Maintain accurate student records.

• Foster strong communication with parents and guardians.
• Encourage family and community involvement.
• Collaborate with parish, school, and diocesan partners.

• Participate in meetings, professional development, retreats, and faith formation opportunities.
• Follow diocesan and school policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
