Salary: $30 - $65 per hour
Key responsibilities- Conduct boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys using GPS and robotic total stations
- Process field data and prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely survey deliverables
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
- 2+ years of experience in land surveying or related field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey equipment
Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and construction documentation - PLS license preferred but not required—support available for candidates pursuing licensure
