What You’ll Do- Lead and execute engineering design tasks with confidence and professional judgment
- Coordinate schedules, delegate work, and ensure quality through proven QA/QC processes
- Solve technical, scheduling, and budget challenges through proactive communication
- Review plans, respond to contractor questions, and support permitting and proposals
- Contribute to projects spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and multi-family developments
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of design experience
- Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and modern engineering tools
- Clear communication, sharp problem-solving instincts, and an analytical mindset
- Hydrology/hydraulic modeling and permitting experience a plus
