Job Description

Manitowoc, WI | $140,000-$170,000 Base DOE | Bonus | Benefits

An established wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor for a high-visibility role supporting an existing book of sophisticated client relationships. The position offers autonomy, strong internal collaboration, and the chance to deliver holistic planning without depending on outbound prospecting for success.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Guide high-net-worth clients and families through evolving financial decisions as their primary advisor.
  • Build and update holistic plans covering investments, retirement, tax considerations, estate goals, risk management, education, charitable giving, and legacy needs.
  • Translate market and portfolio information into clear, practical recommendations clients can act on.
  • Bring together internal specialists and external attorneys or accountants around each client's broader strategy.
  • Identify additional planning opportunities within existing relationships while maintaining a fiduciary, service-first approach.
  • Contribute knowledge, support junior team members, and strengthen a collaborative office culture.
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of advisory experience with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
  • Active Series 65, or active Series 7 and Series 66 licensing.
  • Deep, demonstrable planning experience; a CFP is preferred but not mandatory when planning depth is clear.
  • Strong investment knowledge, judgment, organization, and regulatory discipline.
  • Executive-level communication and the ability to build credibility across generations.
  • A team-oriented mindset and ability to maintain a regular presence in the Sheboygan area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFP, CFA, ChFC, or CPWA designation.
  • Experience coordinating tax, trust, estate, insurance, or charitable-planning specialists.
  • Life and Health Insurance license, or willingness to obtain it if required.
Why This Opportunity
  • Step into an established client base instead of starting from zero.
  • Use planning and relationship skills in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
  • Competitive base compensation DOE with bonus potential.
  • Make an immediate difference for clients and a successful regional office.

This is a compelling next step for an advisor who values thoughtful planning, trusted relationships, and team-based client service.
