Lakeside Foods is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Data Specialist I to support the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance of business-critical supply chain and operations data. This role works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure data governance standards are met while supporting system implementations and day-to-day data activities.

• Partner with the Supply Chain and Operations Data Governance Leads to ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance
• Maintain master data across systems including Excel, workflow tools, MES, CMMS, and ERP (SAP)
• Follow established data rules, standards, and guidelines to ensure data quality and compliance
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of data updates

• Analyze, verify, and audit data to ensure accuracy and appropriate user access
• Document and maintain data workflows, timelines, and reporting related to data changes

• Develop and maintain technical specifications, procedures, and system documentation
• Provide technical support for assigned systems
• Monitor, assign, and support help desk tickets during regular business hours
• Provide status updates related to data entry, maintenance, and system support
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Corporate Operations

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred (or in pursuit of degree)
• Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Project management skills and experience a plus
