Location: Town of Cleveland
ABM Industries - - Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain assigned area, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and stairways;
Sweep, debris removal, spills cleaning, and mopping designated areas;
Empty trash in all designated areas;
Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment;
Notify lead cleaner/manager of repairs or additions to building systems;
Maintain communication with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers;
Handle recycling and keep areas organized;
Dust desks, chairs, tables, fixtures, doors, walls, and ceilings;
Polish wood and stainless surfaces;
Clean tabletops and equipment in food areas;
Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning;
Clean interior glass and mirrors;
Sweep walks, rake leaves, remove snow when applicable;
Maintain restroom cleanliness and polish as needed;
Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
