We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to lead our community in Manitowoc, WI
! If you have experience with LIHTC
, Project-Based Section 8, and Fair Housing laws

What You’ll Do

• Build strong, positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
• Keep reports and compliance running smoothly for agencies and clients
• Create resident programs that make your community a great place to live
• Manage budgets and daily operations to keep the property performing its best
• Oversee maintenance and safety standards with pride and attention to detail

What You Bring

• 2+ years of Property Management experience (required)
• LIHTC and Section 8 experience (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Comfort with property management software and technology
• Industry certifications are a plus
