We’re looking for a Shop Foreman to work in our Northeast Asphalt Shop in Manitowoc, WI. Under the direction of the Shops Manager, the Foreman will be responsible for all daily tasks related to running the repair facility and supporting our production operation’s.

• Responsible for handling budget and managing the assets cost/repairs.
• Ensuring proper documentation of repairs, warranty, and all pertinent information.
• Check on parts supply and assist with inventory management.
• Communicate with operations on equipment repair status and update repair schedules.
• Support mechanics with repair procedures, ordering parts, and training.
• Participate in and help champion all Shop Safety initiatives.
• Maintain and improve on shop OSHA standards and cleanliness.
• Help provide phone and reception support for shop office.
• Hire, train, schedule and conduct performance reviews for shop personnel.
