Job Title: Production Coordinator

Location: Manitowoc

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Systems Department

Shift

Hours:

6am - 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime

Salary: Starting at $23.00 an hour

• Lead daily operations in your assigned production area
• Act as a communication bridge between shifts and management
• Support and train team members on processes and equipment
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and performance reviews
• Promote and implement Lean Manufacturing principles
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Leadership or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BPCS systems
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead others effectively
• Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled)
• Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) required
• Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts
• Occasional overtime
