At Riverside the maintenance team is the backbone of operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are the "Jack of All Trades" who maintain equipment mechanically, electrically, and sometimes improve processes. Perseverance and ingenuity are key for success.

- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant equipment
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred or strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn
- Experience with a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment
- Welding experience preferred but not required
- Drive to succeed and safety mindset
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and work in a drug and alcohol‑free workplace
