This is a full-time Welding role based on-site at our Manitowoc, WI facility. The welder will be responsible for performing welding duties that include interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, operating welding equipment, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Other responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and assisting with fabrication tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment operation, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to interpret and execute technical blueprints, specifications, and drawings accurately.
• Experience in material preparation, cutting, and grinding for welding projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct accurate inspections of welded components.
• Knowledge of safety practices and guidelines relevant to welding and fabrication environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in a machine shop or fabrication environment is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in welding or a related field is a plus.
