• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to quality standards.
• Create and maintain inspection documentation and check sheets.
• Ensure non-conforming products never reach customers through proper disposition processes.
• Coordinate material handling, packaging, shipping, and receiving operations to support Team Coordination & Material Flow.
• Facilitate smooth movement of work-in-process and finished goods inventory.
• Support routing operations across inspection, packaging, machining, and storage areas.
• Manage outside service coordination for plating and heat treating suppliers.
• Foster a team environment focused on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in problem‑solving and process development initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
• Support team‑building activities and regular team meetings.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Process accurate inventory transactions using computer systems and RF scanners.
• Optimize storage and retrieval systems for maximum efficiency.
• Support cross‑training and flexible coverage as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety and environmental procedures.

• 1-2 years in industrial or service industry (comprehensive training provided).
• Experience with quality inspection processes.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
