Senior Maintenance Engineer - Bakery Plant & Safety

Alpha Baking Co., Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This role requires ensuring the maximum efficiency of machinery, overseeing preventive maintenance, and managing maintenance personnel. Candidates should have a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred), 5 years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of electrical systems and PLCs. Strong communication skills and a background in bakery maintenance are preferred.
