Production Operator – Smoke and Grill Ingredient Manufacturing
Manitowoc, WI – 12‑hour shift rotation (4 days on, 4 days off) with weekly overtime. Full‑time (US).
What You'll DoRun and monitor production equipment ensuring efficient operation while meeting Kerry’s high standards. Set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep the work area clean and organized. The role requires hands‑on work with machines, problem solving, and collaboration with a team to produce high‑quality products daily.
What We Look For- High school diploma or equivalent (must be over 18 years of age)
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, or quality environments
- Physical agility and ability to stand throughout shift, walk, climb, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work with the smell of smoke in an environment (similar to camp fire)
- Reliable attendance is essential for team operations
- Self‑motivated and conscientious worker
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills for solving mechanical problems
- Proficiency with MS products, Excel, and SAP software preferred
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety systems is helpful

Shift work hours are 6:00–6:00, rotating 4 days on, 4 days off, with weekly overtime and pay.
