Our Operations Manager offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for the plant operational systems including acquisition of raw materials, product processing, quality assurance, and the shipping of quality-finished products.

- Responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the operation function in the production of a high‑quality, food‑safety product.
- Provide leadership on the operating floor striving for compliance in safety, health, environmental, and quality.
- Manage and supervise all areas of Lakeside’s Plant operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Promote employee engagement and development to maximize production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience leading manufacturing or processing operations OR eight years of experience in manufacturing or processing operations is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- In‑depth knowledge of warehouse operations, quality control, safety standards, and resource management.
- Familiarity with plant functions including facilities, logistics, and maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Experience working in a union environment is preferred.
