Our Operations Manager offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for the plant operational systems including acquisition of raw materials, product processing, quality assurance, and the shipping of quality-finished products.

What You'll Do:

* Responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the operation function in the production of a high quality, food safety product.

* Provide leadership on the operating floor striving for compliance in safety, health, environmental, and quality.

* Manage and supervise all areas of Lakeside's Plant operations to ensure optimal performance.

* Promote employee engagement and development to maximize production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement goals.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience leading manufacturing or processing operations or eight years of experience in manufacturing or processing operations is required.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

* In depth knowledge of warehouse operations, quality control, safety standards, and resource management.

* Familiarity with plant functions including facilities, logistics, and maintenance is preferred.

* Knowledge of SAP a plus.

* Experience working in a union environment is preferred.
