• Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being assembled properly.
• Ensures that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
• Maintains an open line of communication with all employees.
• Addresses problems with production equipment and machinery and fixes them as needed.
• Cleans equipment and performs general housekeeping of line.
• Removes faulty assembled poly bags from assembly line.
• Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
• Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
• Sets up box former, keeps full of boxes, attends to glue pot and replenish.
• Oversees robot pickers and robot palletizers, chooses recipes, adjusts belting for box changes.
• Sets up and adjusts box taper and sticker machine, ensures proper performance and material used/printed.
• Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
• Adheres to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitors on equipment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math function.
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
• Safety mindset.
