Production Technician

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Production Tech to join our Fabrication team. This role is essential in operating fabrication equipment and ensuring the quality of metal frame components used in our products. • Operate fabrication equipment (e.g., robotic welders, hydraulic banks, saws, benders, drill presses)
• Use hand tools such as drills, riveters, impact tools, and wrenches
• Read and follow production schedules and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections and maintain high standards
• Train new technicians as needed
• Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives
• Offer suggestions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
• Prioritize safety and ensure proper use of PPE
• Report safety concerns and help onboard new employees on safety protocols

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required
• Certifications:
  
  KI Robot Welding (preferred or willing to obtain)
