Position Details

Position Title: General Production

Wage: $20.00 - $20.75/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Hours:

• 1st: 07:00 am - 03:00 pm
• 2nd: 03:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• 3rd: 11:00 pm - 07:00 am

Location: Manitowoc, WI

• Understand and follow quality requirements/procedures for the area
• Perform visual inspection on oil and compression rings
• Ability to operate at expected rate
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math, read blueprints, and read applicable measuring devices
• Adherence to the Profile/Vent/Rabo Machine Job instructions
• Observe all safety policies and quality requirements for the inspection area
• Any other duties as assigned
• Sort and inspect products
• Follow customer requirements and specifications
• Quality assurance of products
• Use of various measurement tools, i.e. micrometers, calibers, etc.
• Perform all required inspection checks on rings
• Ability to operate and set up machines that are assigned
• Load and unload packs of rings in machines
• Use of gauges and measuring tools
• Stack products on the holders
• Assist in any areas needed, as directed by the supervisors

• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to have shift flexibility
• Open to Entry Level Experience
• Must be able to understand basic math
• Must be able to read and write English
• Prolonged standing
• Repetitive lifting of up to 30-40 lbs.
• Repetitive bending, lifting
