Powder Utility Position Details:
Shifts| Monday - Friday
- 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Paid Weekly
- 1st shift | $14.75/hour

Your Role as Powder Technician / Utility Team Member:
As a Powder Technician/Utility Team Member, you'll play a critical role in keeping production efficient and high-quality. Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating equipment to mix powder resin and create perfectly blended materials.
- Ensuring the team has the necessary materials to meet production goals.
- Preparing molds and materials for the next 24 hours of production.
- Assisting in various areas, including molding machines and trimming, as needed.
- Identifying and reporting any defective materials or irregular conditions.
- Maintaining an organized workspace by following 5S principles.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, with occasional stooping, bending, and reaching.
- Capability to lift between 15-40 lbs as part of daily tasks.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving machinery.
- Willingness to wear required protective gear.
