Production Scheduler Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) – Manitowoc, WIHelp Keep Manufacturing Moving At Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M), we take pride in delivering high-quality machined components and castings to customers across a variety of industries. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Production Scheduler to help coordinate production activities and ensure jobs move efficiently through our operation.

What You'll DoAs a Production Scheduler, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating daily and weekly production schedules to support efficient operations and on-time customer delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, and production capacity.

Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to prioritize work and ensure production readiness.

Monitor work order progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.

Communicate schedule updates, delays, and potential risks to leadership and production teams.

Track production performance and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.

Maintain accurate scheduling and work order information within ERP/MRP systems.

Prepare production reports and provide updates to management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow and scheduling efficiency.

What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing administration, or a related role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
