As a Production Operator in Smoke and Grill Ingredient Manufacturing, you will run and monitor production equipment, maintain lines, set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep the work area clean and organized. This hands‑on role is for someone who likes working with machines, solving problems, and being part of a team that produces high‑quality products daily.

• High school diploma or equivalent (must be over 18 years of age)
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or quality environments
• Physical agility and ability to stand throughout a shift, walk, climb, twist, and lift (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to work in a smoky environment
• Reliable attendance
• Self‑motivated and conscientious
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team
• Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems
• Experience with MS products, Excel, and SAP software preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or other food safety systems helpful

Pay rate: $22.00 per hour.

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 4 on 4 off rotating schedule.
