3:00pm - 11:00pm

• Direct, coach and mentor assigned assembly team to assist in meeting performance metrics
• Ensure safety, quality, service (delivery), and cost objective are met
• Develop, maintain and improve pre and post production checklists detailing steps to startup, run, and shutdown of line
• Provide visual confirmation of items by position at line start up
• Supervise and train pump/cap table team to assist in completing line tasks
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot filler, monitoring consumables/spares
• Perform weight checks in production
• Clean and sanitize filler, setup (changeover) and start production
• Maintain master downtime for team
• Cross train with Palletizers to cover absences

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient in basic math skills
• Previous assembly experience and/or leadership experience helpful
• Ability to walk, stand, sit and reach throughout shift
• Ability to lift or exert force between 10-50lbs as needed
• Ability to use hand tools, scales, label machines, fillers and other equipment as needed
