Press Technicians Wage: $20.00 - $22.00/Hour

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift

Press Technicians Responsibilities:

Operating presses and following checklists, procedures, and guidelines to production flow to meet customer specifications

Inspect brass casings for cosmetic and functional defects using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers) for quality monitoring

Utilizing PLEX production software effectively

Performing mechanical adjustments, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues

Adheres to all safety requirements, including cleaning the work area, lockout/tagout, and wearing required PPERequirements for Press Technicians:

Previous experience working in manufacturing preferred

Ability to work with large press machinery

Prior forklift experience is a plus Intellectual curiosity, passion for machinery, positive attitude, self-discipline, and commitment to the company's mission

Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of quality and accuracy

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Must be able to lift, twist, pull, and bend as required

Must successfully pass background checks and pre-employment screening

Must be able to read, write, and speak English High school diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical, mathematical, reading comprehension, and troubleshooting skills

Demonstrate safe work practices

Ability to work independently and within a team environment, and strong communication skillsIND
