4-day workweek! Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM Occasional overtime on Fridays

Competitive base wages starting at $21.50/hour plus $2.00/hour shift premium

• Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precision
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
• Ensure high-quality standards in powder coat application and efficient color changes
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines

• Sets the standard for reliability and punctuality
• Leads by example with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Encourages innovation and efficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Communicates effectively to guide and motivate the team
• Champions safety and quality in every aspect of production
• Previous leadership experience required
