# Straighten & Cut Machine Operator### Experience Requirements Manufacturing, machine operation, fabrication, automotive, heavy equipment, or mechanical maintenance experience preferred  

Experience with machine setup and troubleshooting is highly desirable  Previous forklift experience preferred### Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required###

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up and operate wire straightening and ring rolling equipment
• Troubleshoot and perform minor machine adjustments and repairs
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
• Monitor production quality and ensure specifications are met
• Conduct inspections using calipers and measuring tools
• Complete production, inventory, and quality documentation
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory
• Support department workflow and production goals
• Assist in training and supporting team members as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned### Qualifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
