Position Title:
Trimmer
Wage: $16.75/Hour
Shift: 3rd
Hours:
10:00 pm - 06:00 am
Location:
Manitowoc, WI
- Trim and deburr plastic parts
- Inspect and review plastic parts immediately after molding to ensure no defects
- Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment (heat gun, scraper, etc.) to trim parts to meet specifications
- Identify and prevent defective parts from being used
- Provide coverage for the Machine Operator
- Ensure parts meet customer and qualification specifications while maintaining an appropriate production pace
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Prior production experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to use computer platforms to access work instructions
- Safety awareness and ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety
- Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English is required
- Ability to perform critical thinking and problem solving
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform simple math and measurements
